HOW DETAILED SHOULD ANRI / NORI MINUTES BE FOR WEB PUBLICATION?
Discussion was held regarding the level of detail for meeting minutes required by the Code of Federal Regulations. It was agreed that we no longer need to keep exhaustive minutes, and we only need mention that a topic was discussed. Our previous minutes had neither been exhaustive nor a complete transcript, and had only briefly summarized discussion. A motion was made to only publish concise minutes, mentioning the topics discussed and the voting results. The motion was seconded. Ayes were unanimous. No nays.
